Preschool Piano for 4-5 Year Olds:
Preschool Piano Lessons are a blast! Children learn from Mozart Mouse and Beethoven Bear in group settings. We begin by exploring the types of sounds a piano can make, move into easy music-reading with notes and rests, and find ways to memorize the letters on the keyboard. These lessons exercise fine motor skills through finger dexterity games, large motor through dancing songs, and aural skills through listening activities. The children sing, dance, play, clap, read, and write.
Piano Class for 6-8 Year Olds:
This is a fun-filled, fast-paced, individually-catered class where students gain a broad understanding of the piano. We follow Faber Piano Adventures and get the students excited about music through games, improvisation, and pieces learned both in class and at home. After taking this class, your student should be excited and ready for private lessons!
